Shocking Service and Customer Service, I've used this pharmacy for many, many years, and lately the service has gotten worse and worse each month. Today was the last straw! My prescriptions get sent here automatically, by my GP surgery every month. Today I rang the doctors and also the chemist to make sure they were ready to be collected, I was advised they were there to pick up, before went to collect them. On arrival I advised the girl at the chemist reception that I had rang and they were there to pick up, she took my name and address and advised she would 'Look into this' and went away after 10 minutes my partner went back to the kiosk to be told 'They were being checked' I have crippling chronic arthritis, hence the prescription, I had to sit down as I was in agony. I went to the kiosk to advise the girl I had been there for half an hour! yeah HALF AN HOUR, I was very polite and explained I had been there for half an hour with no contact, I was abruptly told 'They were being sorted' and 'It's ok it no problem' I advised it may not be a problem for her but I am verty poorly, my partner explained I have arthritis and I can't stand or sit for long and I am in constant pain, even with painkillers, to be advised that the pharmacist had to go out, so this is why they weren't ready. If we had been told this in the first place then we would've taken our prescription elsewhere I guess he had been on his lunch, as it was just before 12 midday when we arrived. We eventually got our tablets FOURTY FIVE MINUTES LATER! I don't think this is an acceptable time at all, and I will NEVER EVER use this place again, absolutely shocking service and customer service.
